Use of the TradeTrend software indicates that you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated within this document. You understand and acknowledge that you have the ability to access and utilize the TradeTrend software.
What types of payment do you accept? We accept credit card payments through our payment processors.
What is the billing process? When you sign up for any of our recurring subscription plans, you will be billed according to your subscription term. You are billed by calendar month for monthly subscriptions. Your subscription will automatically renew unless we receive written notice to cancel the service prior to 48 hours of the renewal, or you initiate a cancellation request within the member login area. There is not a grace period after a subscription is renewed to receive a refund. However, a credit may be given towards another product or service if the user decides they do not want the product they purchased or renewed.
Can I switch subscriptions? No, you cannot switch subscriptions. You can cancel one subscription that you no longer wish to keep and start a new subscription under the corresponding terms and conditions. We cannot make this switch for you internally. You will have to manually cancel one subscription and initiate a new subscription term.
What is the cancellation policy? Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, we recommend a written request or logging into the member’s area. You can do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Altos Trading, LLC is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a client forget to cancel their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the cancellation.
What is the refund policy? Altos Trading, LLC does not issue refunds for their products and services unless otherwise advertised. In special unforeseen circumstances that may result jn denied access due to internal technical issues, we will honor refunds. Special promotions or limited time offers are also not refund eligible.

How do the promo code discounts work?
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the discount codes reduce the order total. In the case of a recurring subscription, the discount applies to the first installment. The ongoing subscription recurs at the advertised normal rate for the service.
Can I freeze my account? If you decide to freeze your account you will have a maximum of 3 months in a calendar year to return and resume your monthly rate. To freeze your account, please send in a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does Altos Trading, LLC grandfather in old subscription rates? Altos Trading, LLC appreciates our long-term customers. Many of our customers have been with us with uninterrupted subscriptions for years and continue to enjoy their original subscription rates. Those grandfathered in will still receive their original subscription rate as long as they remain a subscriber. However, if an account lapses over 30 days the customer will need to re-purchase at current prices.
Is there a free trial for subscriptions? No, there is not a free trial for subscriptions. But we may offer from time-to-time discounted trial subscription periods.
TRIAL PERIOD POLICY
The trial period is designed as an introduction to our services. If you have already received a trial period then you are no longer eligible for a repeat of this promotion for the same subscription. Violation of this policy will result in subscription cancellation without return of funds.
